The centerpiece of the administration’s recovery plan is a massive real estate development on a valuable plot of land in Dikilita\u015f that has remained unused for 40 years. Described by Adal\u0131 as “the biggest agreement in Be\u015fikta\u015f history,” the project is being carried out in partnership with the Turkish state, including major state-backed entities like Emlak Konut and Ziraat Bank.<\/p>\n
The project is expected to generate a total turnover of \u20ac400 million, with a net income of \u20ac150-200 million earmarked directly for the club. Adal\u0131 gave assurances that this income will be used exclusively to pay down high-interest loans, providing a clear path to alleviate the Be\u015fikta\u015f debt. “This money will not be siphoned off or spent elsewhere,” he affirmed, highlighting the state-guaranteed nature of the deal.
